Meet the Doctor

Upon graduation, she continued her studies at the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) where, in her sophomore year, she gained acceptance into the Dental Early Admission Program (DEAP) affiliated with the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA). She graduated Cum Laude from UTSA with a B.S. in Biology and ultimately obtained her D.D.S. in 2006 from UTHSCSA receiving recognition for clinical excellence.
Dr. Mackie is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and has participated in the DFW Study Club, an affiliate of the prestigious Seattle Study Club, since it’s inception. Dr. Mackie ensures she obtains well over the state-required CE in order to best serve her patients.
On a personal note, Dr. Mackie and her husband, Tom, have 3 girls. She enjoys watching her children flourish academically and athletically, often attending soccer games on the weekends.
